Refunds & Cancellation

  1. About Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

    1. Cancellations:

      1. Cancellations are possible within 24 hours of booking and requesting a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an appointment, send your request to ops@johnsonodakkal.com

    2. ​​Rescheduling:

      1. You may request to reschedule a session, by giving give at least 48 hours advance notice by sending an email to: ops@johnsonodakkal.com. Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 48 hours advance notice will be forfeited.

    3. ​​Refunds:

      1. Since our products involve an actual allocation of time and interaction there will be no refunds. Your feedback is welcome at: ceo@johnsonodakkal.com
